Delivery Information and Faulty Returns Procedure
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping charges:
£5.00 for up to 6 pairs
50p per additional pair
Delivery Issues
- Any delivery issues (non-delivery, shortages, or damaged packages) must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt.
- Sign any visibly damaged deliveries as 'Damaged' — not 'Unexamined'.
Returns Policy
- All returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us to request a returns authorisation number before sending anything back.
- We do not accept non-faulty returns for change of mind or overstock.
- Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- We only accept returns for goods that we supplied and are clearly marked as ours.
- Worn goods are non-refundable unless clearly faulty — please inspect items before resale.
- Faulty returns must be clean and hygienic. Soiled or dirty goods will not be accepted due to health and safety concerns.
